Who is Found SM Local?
Found SM was started in 2006 by two former Google employees. Their years of experience with the Google AdWords and the client services team allows them to offer expertise to smaller companies and provide confidence in the ever-changing online world.
Why do I need to advertise locally?
By advertising online, you reach potential clients at the exact moment they are looking for your product or service. There is no other form of advertising today that can reach thousands of people at the most opportune time.
You receive the biggest bang for your buck – you can track what is working and what is not and make changes accordingly. There is no better way to track and see where your advertising dollar is going.
Where will I appear online?
You will appear in two places. Your sponsored ad will appear on the right-hand side of the page, which will consist of 4 lines of descriptive ad text. You will also appear in the natural search results (down the left hand side of the page).
How long do the services last?
The service contract is for six months. After six months, the contract will automatically renew for an additional six months, unless it is otherwise canceled. If you cancel services before the six months, you will be charged for the remaining months on your contract.
Do I get to keep my Web site if I discontinue service?
If you decide to cancel services you will be able to take the Web site with you – you bought it! However, we don't believe you will ever want to leave us!
How do you bill?
You pay for the upcoming management fee on the 1st of every month. We accept credit cards and ACH (electronic check) payments.
